Worst Screw Up/WTF Moments in gaming?

Well I was playing skyrim and I needed to max out my alternation skill. (This was post most of the game I had already beaten DawnGuard and HearthFire, DragonBorn wasnt out yet) so I was tossing the cabbages from the cart in the street into Alvors forge in riverwood, using the telekinesis spell. Well I had a buddy over so I was like "Ricky trick shot" and I shot it at his sign. It hit it bounced off and hit and killed a chicken I was arrested. The guards must of suspected foul play :p

I was playing scrapdead boss in resident evil revelation. That boss is crazy chasing me everywhere and monster keep on spawning like none stop. My health is dropping quickly and herb used up so is the bullets. What worse is the boss can kill you with one hit if it caught you. I almost got the boss and my mom bother me at the very end and the boss had me. I died 9 times on killing this boss. My finger still hurt from running away from that particular boss while keep saying mayday and taste good.

I couldn't convince my friend to not max out alchemy at the beginning of Skyrim. It was his first time playing and he didnt listen to me. I tried for at least an hour. Then he got into a serious fight...
