Connecting with other humans? I can read people instantly, but it's like I think & act on a whole different wavelength.

Same here. I can read people just fine, but tying to genuinely empathize is hard.

To understand another human, put yourself in their shoes. Maybe they have problems at home or in the past which shape their behavior today. And don't be so quick to judge.
