I like to confess early. Don't expect anything from that person except for them to know I like them. I hate playing "guess if i like you or not"game. A confession from me is rare nowadays because I'm too shy or over analyze it.

I say just confess , it's best to see what that person really feels and depending on the response there's only two outcomes he/ she likes you or you move on simple as that. With no risk there's no gain . Plus if you stay waiting then someone may take that individual away from you so just go for it
