I think if it is friends (Specifically girls) whom are joking with me, then it doesn't seem all too weird. But a stranger in general touching me like that might get slapped.

If its by a friend and just for a laugh or a partner being playful then I'd be fine with it. But when it comes to strangers I get incredibly annoyed, even more so to the point of aggression if its a guy.

As a guy, it is awkward regardless, especially if the groper mistook me for a woman (this has happened to me before, without the groping, which is why I groom instead of shave).
