When You Finally Speak/See Another MaiOtaku

So, I finally began to speak/see another person on MaiOtaku. It's a very weird, but also exciting experience. Anyone else ever meet/speak/see someone from this site after they meet them?? Stories!?

I have yet to actually see/speak to anyone on here. But I'm hoping to eventually, even if it's just through Skype. I'd love to actually talk to some people on here, but with my social awkwardness I might just sit there with a blank stare on my face lol. But I'll be sure to update my post as soon as I actually get the chance to speak/see someone on here! ^-^

Lol, nah. Me, Panda, Fancy, Crow, Matt, Rick and Umi are legit, at least. We are the power pool!! Lol, jk jk. You just need to find the ones worth sticking with. There are rare gems in here if you get around to looking, the person I'm seeing now is really cool. Like, a person like her is exactly why I came to this site, jackpot. I mean, we're friends...and such... Lol, please don't fry me for making this thread, Umi... lol

In my experience, people here are a little too easily-offended, a little too 'randum XD', and a little too young for me. I came here because I felt like an outcast in my normal circles, and now I find myself feeling like an outcast here as well, among the people I would also generalize as outcasts. woe is me every day is suffering i wish i won evo

I have and she was sweet to talk to, but could be a real bitch over text. I wasted so many hours just talking, but it was fun over all. It w a s weird at first, but you very quickly get over it and just learn how to be comfortable. Then again, if you talk to me, I'll literally talk about anything to use as an ice breaker....anything. ;)
