PSO-Phantasy Star Online

@roejo I can't say that I have. I've thought about it but I've just never been sure it would seem the same playing it on the computer after starting on a console. (control-wise that is, nothing to do with the actual play-system stuff). Though I'm glad that there are still servers up and running ^_^

@animekid Sorry for never replying... What were the last couple of Bomberman games you played? I'm about to start playing through Saturn Bomberman (finally), and I started to pick up Bomberman 64 The Second Attack again since I re-bought it (JP version).

@purefault DANG! It's taken me a long time to get back here lol. The last Bomberman game that I can remember playing would be Bomberman 64 though I think I might remember playing one on the Gameboy or GBA though I can't remember when that was or what the name of it was. I did get my PSO Plus for the gamecube and I've enjoyed playing it though it's been a little while since I last did though I know I'll get back to it, that's just the way it goes ^_^

Anyone here play PSO2?

I was one of those peeps that waited for PSO 2, it never came...

I still have my Dreamcast and GameCube copies on my shelf. It's my third fav RPG of all time.

I'm not sure what my favorite game of all time is but it may very well be PSO EP 1&2 since I believe I've spent more time (and possibly money? sort of still spending money on it?) on it than any other "single" game that I have. The only game that I can think of that I "might" have spent more time on would be Runescape even though it isn't exactly the same thing.

There are a handful of other games I spent time re-playing. Although I personally don't think time played is a factor. I noteably oftentimes forget things so I re-watch movies or anime and re-play games to remember everything. For it's time PSO was revolutionary and showed what consoles were capable of with the internet.

I can understand how you feel that way, it does make some sense. For me it might be a little different because I usually don't re-play or re-watch things even if I usually enjoy them(at least not if I'm doing it by myself). I was really surprised when I looked at my Xbox version of PSO 1&2 (now I play on the gamecube since that xbox doesn't work right now) and I saw a total of over 350 hours of character play!!! For me that's a LONG amount of time. Especially since I covered just about everything that wasn't repetitive a good bit before 200 hours, I'm sure. I usually don't go too far into post game extra's unless it can really keep my interest. Not because I don't enjoy it but I have so many games I enjoy/look forward to that I kind of balance it out be how much more does it still feel like I'm playing the storyline vs grinding just to fight an extra boss to get one post game item kind of thing. So for me I'm surprised, quite frankly, that I'm STILL playing PSO 1&2.
