Official Moderator Panel

So I'm not sure who "runs and/or creates" this site. I'm not aware if you have any time of eyes/ears down here in the forums. I'd assume a paid staff is non-existent, which is fine; but we need a Moderator staff. You should have Senior Moderators who can issue temporary bans, and suggest permanent deletion. These Moderators will also be able to supercede and challenge Junior Moderators. Junior Moderators will be able to edit posts and suggest to Senior Moderators others for deletion. I'm not sure if you're aware of the core group of people who are on daily and/or been here a while, but I'd start with them. People such as myself, Panda, Fancy, Matt (no disrespect to unmentioned names ect) would fit the mold well. The site isn't huge, and the site isn't being worked on daily. That is fine, but there are still at least small groups of people who really enjoy their time here, and they need to be protected/acknowledged. Very recently, we have had an extremely high dosage of trolls and harassers. This puts unneeded stress and anxiety on our users, to the point of pushing them away. They need to feel comfortable here, and that they can rely on the Moderators. Thank you for your time. "You must be new here" -jikoshy 2015 Tbh idk if this will receive any attention in all my time being here trolls were something we had to deal with....people even went so far as to out troll the trolls they called themselves the antitroll squad (which is a better idea cause at least it has some sort of immediate effect) rather than to sit and wait for a reply from someone when you dont even know if they are watching

^ I was apart of that..., but quit doing that since Key and Bryan went away. ~.~ I also too control myself when seen a troll. Since, I don't want to be consume by negativity. ^u^ But sometime, if someone goes to far, then I troll the troll. Better yet go full yandere/yandire on their ass. >:3
