@jesper0 well you didnt assume anything you didnt know because you are going based off their biological gender. You technically cant be held accountable. Its like an innocent until proven guilty. Male/female until proven otherwise.

There is really know way to tell if someone is trans (presurgery and treatment anyway), cuz either way you are gonna assume a gender and you are gonna be 50/50 on being right

People in stores don't lookup an ID that says Man/female they look at a person and assume their gender.
