Twilight wasn't as terrible as I expected, in fact if you can get through the first 20 pages of utter shite then it becomes pretty good - above average in terms of fanfiction writing. The movies I didn't have a problem with, I quite enjoyed them, though the acting could have been a little better.

I saw Twilight when I was 10 and I enjoyed it. Tried to watch it again when I turned 16 and couldn't even get through the first movie.

That's ok. :p It's not for everyone. I just don't get why it got shit on so much... well actually I do. It was popular with teenage girls. That's usually reason enough for society to shit on something (see exhibit One Direction and, more recently, BTS).

I love both BTS and One Direction but the reason why they get shit on is because of the annoying fans. Not just BTS, all of K Pop. Cuz let's face It, Koreaboos, are fuckin cancer. XD

Being annoying isn't enough reason to be hated that much. Deadpool fans are cancer, too, yet people don't hate Deadpool. And BTS fans sometimes do do amazing things. A lot of BTS concerts were cancelled due to rona and many of the fans donated the money they were refunded to organizations helping in the corona crisis.

I apologize, I should've been more specific. K Pop fans are good. Those that just appreciate the music and support the groups are amazing. But those weird Koreaboos, sasaeng fans, Stan account, those weirdos that dedicate their lives to their "idol", they make you say "what the fuck mothering shit is wrong them", they're the problem. Specially the sasaeng fans. They're just plain creepy. These people make media think that K pop idols have a bad influence on people which results in K pop bands receiving hate.

Yeah, Sasengs aren't just cringey, they're a threat to the artists :/ My point is Koreaboos and Sasaengs are the minority. Why would you hate BTS/KPop because of them? Returning to my example, Deadpool fans (especially on conventions) can be extremely cringey as well. They are the minority and people know this. And therefore don't hate Deadpool. So why is it different for BTS and One Direction?

One word. Jealousy. One direction and BTS members are all a bunch of beautiful bastards and every girl that's a fan of them is in love with them. Girl: omg Zayn is so cute I wanna hug him so bad. Group of incel: NOOOO IT'S NOT LIKE THEY'LL EVER NOTICE YOU. YOU SHOULD TALK TO US CUZ YOU CAN ACTUALLY DATE US. Girl: *rejects them* Group of incels: *go on twitter or Redd it and start a rant in how K pop has a bad influence on girls* Then there's this other reason that is absolutely shite. Different language. For some reason people don't understand why we live songs that are in a different language. Their logic : "if it ain't English and you can't understand it, it's shite". Which thus gave rise to memes like, Guy named jungle cock: Ching chong ching 14 year old girl: omg that is so poetic my vagina just shed a tear. Like, I love BTS, do I understand what they're saying? No Do I have any intentions l of learning Korean? No. Their music just sounds pleasant to my ear and that all that matters. But for some reason, that's hare to understand for these people. Also whoever said BTS is just for girls, can suck a dick.
