There are so many. The only ones currently coming to mind at the moment are Joe (Kimi ni Todoke) and all four saint beasts (yuyu hakusho).

I have quite a few... Esther Blanchett from Trinity Blood (I spewed poison every time she got screen time), Kisaragi Saya from Blood-C (she was unbelievable. Just how stupid can one be?) And Yui Komori from Diabolik lovers (annoying)
