Detective Conan is what got me interested in anime and Japanese culture. Wanted to learn the language so I could read ahead of what Funimation was showing on Adult Swim at the time. Then found out that Pokemon/Digimon/DBZ were also anime. No regrets.

Hello, I watched DBZ and Naruto as a kid, and while watching Naruto Shippuden in High School I decided to give another anime a chance which happened to be Akame ga Kill. I was hooked to anime ever since :)

Most definitely Evangelion, even if I wouldn't consider it my favourite anymore. It made me feel like a really deep, edgy boy and mari from the "new" movies, will forever be my waifu, even if her existence is unnecessary and I would generally say that the movies are aside from the animation pretty meh, especially in comparison to the original.

Naruto, mainly bc of the music. I wasnt that interested in the story till like ep 200+ and i always hated naruto (still do) but the music and most of the other characters kept me going.
