Luc 25 years old, first anime I ever saw was DBZ when I was a kid before school, but the first anime that made me love it all was EVA and to this day it’s my favourite anime of all time.

I know I had seen random stuff that I didn't even know was anime at the time such as Voltron, however, once the Pokemon anime started airing and I got super into it, I had also discovered Dragon Ball Z. Then not long after we started getting the Toonami block with stuff like Tenchi Muyo, Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star, etc. Tenchi Muyo I always count as my gateway anime though, since a friend and I found out about there being movies, and we went to a video store looking for them and saw a ton of anime in the anime section that never aired on TV and we started buying them up and watching them together.

Hey my name is Arthur and I'm a French 18 year old man. The first anime I've watch other than episodes of DBZ/Bleach/One Piece/Fairy Tail on the TV was Pandora Hearts when I was 9, but the first anime that made me want to watch more was SAO, 4 years ago.

Hi, I'm Thomas. I suppose like many in the 90s Pokemon was my first taste of anime. But it was Naruto unleashed that triggered my inner-otaku about 11 years ago at college. I over heard some friends talking and didn't understand a word they were discussing. I had a voucher for HMV and decided to take the risk and found the wonder that is anime, never looked back since.
