finding it difficult

im finding it rather difficult to find someone also when ever i chat to someone i find it hard to keep a conversation going i get a bit shy and stop talking in general which sucks any advice ??

Don't pressure yourself and over think. I do the exact same thing. You can always make small talk. Ask about their day, family, foods they like...etc...anything really. Above all, be yourself. There's usually always a way to make a conversation, unless you really have no interest in them or they in you. Just be natural, conversation should never feel like it's forced.
