I don't think things like honesty counts here. While it is greatly appreciated, not-cheating isn't a quality, it's something that is expected of you i the first place. It all depends on the person as an individual. People have all kind of combinations of qualities and I believe the best quality can be virtually anything. I don't have a favourite one, I just want to be able to look at my partner doing everyday things and think "this is the one".

@ceevee I gotta agree. That is a must have for my future partner.
@Rinar, I totally agree, lol. Cheating is just a nono, and not-cheating is like...expected. I also agree with you on the last part too. Qualities are so complex, and not always perfect or in line with what you'd like. But even the bad and good qualities can combine into the "one" who you're meant to be with, lol.
With that said, I have to say that I like people who aren't clingy. I've met some people who are literally like...

They don't give you any free time, and they literally are attached 24/7 to the other partner. Cannot handle it.

Hard to say
There's multiple.
Trust and understanding is absolutely needed and maybe similar interests but not sure since I haven't been in a relationship in like 10 years
