Is it okay to ignore the mentally ill?

Treat someone with an mental illness the same but if can't handle them ignore them ill, Some people with the ilness can't even notice having any but some can be major but there still human but also interesting humans, I am mentally ill in many ways not gonna state what I have and I get treated the same if I saw someone get treated crap just cause the reason I stick up for them, Trying to understaind someone with the illness is near impossible but an helping hand could cure them little by little, Being harsh to someone with any is worse then mentally ill unless they are out of the range, It's nothing different then a uniqe personality
