Why do people hate gays?

I got no problem. I just don't do BL/Yaoi =_= I don't wanna tangle the topic involving politics so I'll leave it at that...

My best friend is gay and him and his BF are cool as shit. The reason people in religion are against it, Is because Leviticus 18:22~ You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. There are many other verses about homosexuality throughout the bible. So according to gods word it is wrong. However it never says in the bible to hate people based on their sexuality. And god gave us free will. So it really is the choice of that person . Its not up to me to tell someone who they find attractive.

Can't forget the soon-to-come poor peoples rights' XD I dunno, I have a feeling that might be something to come... Where there's an asshole, there's someone that is going to complain, and misuse that opportunity... Then they become that asshole, that's how you still see them today :V

Gay people are funny and awesome, though they do hit on me a lot, so it lets me know that if I was gay I'd have a lot of options to choose from haha
