Congratz, kinda how me and my girlfriend started, though we were a lot closer (same city) and we've been together a year on the 8th I think there should be a separate forum section for "couples made on Mai Otaku"

I would like to congratulate you. I once well maybe three times almost went on a plane to meet a lover from this site. It never happened. Relationships fell apart. Often times it seemed they felt guilty about me spending on the trip. Deep down their doubts of the relationship falling apart caused the very thing to happen. I learned to talk to girls on this site. Sadly I am finding out you cannot learn to be romantic in real life. Is one thing to send ecards or special letters and sound recordings. It makes the other person feel special when they are far apart. But when they are in the same home it gets tricky after a year or so. Please keep us posted if you can when you start to go by the mile stones.
