This ain't Pokémon where you've gotta collect 'em all. I say spare a little time and get to know them at least a little bit. For you two to have befriended each other at one point, likelihood is either one of you has been ignoring a good buddy! As far as deleting goes... Say something before you do so, to get to that point, you really have nothing to lose by then.

What if people just keep adding you, you see them at forums super active but they never interact with you

That must suck, I can imagine how it is. http://i.imgur.com/gkSKW6y.png?1 Friend collectors, I'll tell ya! To be honest, I've removed some like that from my friends' list on other communities. I approached them but was left ignored at each try. I figured they weren't friends of mine so I did what was fair and removed them.

I removed a few friends in my friend list. Some of them add me back. I really appreciate them.

Well, I don't mind adding and not talking. It might just be me, but the community seems kind of small. Like I see the same people over and over and I have most of them added I think.

I love talking and chating with my friends. Just talk what ever topic or a 'Hi Hi war'.... I not eating my friends.
