Is this aimed at girls stating what a guy has found attractive in them or for guys saying what they would like in a girl? I guess for me I would say assertiveness, good personality and considerate towards the people around them.

Its cliche, but personality. The vainest, haughty, aggressive confident type are attractive. Looks matter too, short gals with glasses. Weird laugh is a plus
