way to freeze trolls?

Hmm that if the reports from dozens (seph can decide number needed above 60 should be ok?) Of accounts on one single account that account gets frozen immediately? If several accounts pop out one after the other he can check ip adress see if same person and perma ban that ip? Anyone think this is a good way to at least momentarily stop trolls, or too much effort? (Trolls will probably make several emails and several accounts just to keep going but at least people will have a way to freeze them if just for a little while) Thoughts?

Mostly female accounts by a lone wandering realy bad at trolling troll.

Yes females accounts usually are troll accounts

You need to have Grey teach you Ice Make techniques. Subzero could help but he's kind of a dick.
