Not sure what I am. I don't fall in love easily (most of my friends fall in love after one meeting). I have to like the person personality. And I have no opinion on sex as I feel you shouldn't have sex until after marriage or some kind of commitment. I really just fall for personality. I tend to get crushes based on that. But as I said somewhere else here, I get friendzone so no dates my way to see what I truly like

It's not difficult to have an infatuation with someone (for me) but falling in love is very rare. I love sex but just think it's far more practical to be in a serious relationship so you can avoid unwanted issues with std's, pregnancy and emotions. I prefer girls as friends to guys, mostly because most guys have too much macho competition bullshit.

i'm aromantic and i think a lot of people think we're strictly sexual-relationship kind of people but in reality most aromantics are different. for instant some do want a committed relationship, however get disgusted by romance-y acts like they find it too corny. then some want nothing to do with committed relationships and would rather have sexual relationships. depends on the person.

I'm quite sure it is a choice to be asexual, or any other -insert prefex sexual, at least for me. I can see rape victims and what not deciding that, that encounter has scarred them; understandable, you still choose that regardless how terrible the twist of fate leading up to that; if they hadn't been raped, It's probably unlikely they would be asexual. Anyway, I'm asexual and I'm quite sure it means you choose not to be attracted to sexual-defining characteristics (Body contour, lips, etc.) You are attracted to mind over body. It's a choice, maintained through practice of self-denial for myself because I just didn't want to be a dog, now I just enjoy it this way and reversion is incomprehensible. I think people mistake sexuality with gender and when that happens the things people say become comical .

^^ haha, the funny thing is that these terms probably have all enjoyed somewhat common usage for decades now but it's just recently become another thing to get contorted over xD
