I might... Not because i like myself, oh no. I prefer romance with people i can bond with on a "Bro" level, and i would have more to bond about with myself.. At least i think i would.

@niknik It's actually kind of complicated. My mothers father (grandfather) is half Filipino. But he was adopted though I guess he was told he was half Filipino and also his adoptive family is mostly Filipino but the identity of his real parents was withheld from him. It's been speculated by other members of the family and my grandmother that one of two things is possible. Either his adopted father's brother (uncle) is his biological father and his mother is a women he cheated on his wife with and/or that his mother might have been a prostitute but either way it was too shameful to reveal at that point in time.

@Elizan: I do, but not so that I look at myself in a way where I would want to date myself. Again, it goes back to narcissism. I'm blunt and straightforward, and I'll speak to my intelligence, but I'm not in love with myself and admit I have my faults.

On top of that, life would be rather dull after the initial few weeks. what makes a person feel whole is knowing that your other half has those qualities you're looking for, usually some of which you may be lacking. For me, it's empathy. As I mentioned, I'm blunt and logistical , I don't really take feelings into account when I speak what is right, or at least what I feel is right. My partner on the other hand is very empathic, which I love. She's one of the few people I can say really makes me feel... comfortable. Makes me think about reactions and/or consequences. There are obviously more, but I'm sure you get the idea.
