@birdie I don't want to ne in your shoes then birdie ... I have little patience with people that make me repeat the same thing I taught them not too long ago and I tell them. "Did you understand?" Their head bob up and down ... you follow " Ok so you don't forget practice this until it becomes second nature it is easy, even a braindead lab monkey can do this" they smile and are happy like kids when the bell rings. 1 week later ... they don't know how to do what you taught them and tell you, you didn't teach them well or that they didn't understand or just forgot. By then ... I just turn around and go ... "I'm going out I'll be back when you don't need me and don't call my phone" ...
