18-30 for me. Really just someone who likes anime or at least doesnt care that I like it.

I don't really have a preference with age but if I had to choose then from 20-30. 18-19 should be ok if she was mentally mature. Her personality would be more important than her age. I've seen really mature 18 year old's and really immature people in their late 20's and up.
