Do guys like it when girls ask them out first?

If you like someone you should tell them. The worst that can happen is they reject you. Unless they are a cannibal and/or have weird fetishes involving nail polish remover..

I like anyone that can break any kind of norm, personally I think its quite admirable, it takes a lot of confidence from anyone to ask someone out, personally I think its attractive.

Doesn't matter to me. I've been asked out literally 3/4 of the time in relationships I've been in anyway. Actual statistic.

@Teslan Thanks... well I did say I like him in that letter but also I said to him that we should be friends... I guess that's just how he thinks... maybe he hated me???

@enerezu Friends as in "we should converse and get to know each other" or "I'm interested in you but I wanna be platonic for now."? Hate is a strong wawde He's just not interested; it wouldn't make sense to burn a confession letter, then turn around and say, "Yeah, I like you too!" That's hilarious. Or maybe I'm to cynical at dis point. But I digress, maybe it was an accident? MAYBE WILL LEARN THE ERROR OF HIS WAYS. The biggest indication to know if he's interested or not, talk to him again. But don't give small talk, have a goal in the conversation. Look at the way he looks at you, and his body language. Is he comfortable? Is he engaged in the conversation? @teslan Well, when you put it that way... I said to him that I want to know him better and be friends with him I'm not really used to talking to guys before that's why I wrote a letter for him... haha also if he really did that burning thing then tell me he also likes me then that's very absurd...XD When I ask my friend what he thinks about me, she said that he was turned off because I was being so bold and brave to show my feelings to him in my letter... I gave that letter to him in a place where many people would see... so I think he hated it??? I don't see him anymore now... and I think if I'll ever see him again I would be shy like what I have did back then...:/
