Manga studio ver. 5 I think. I have yet to figure out everything I can do with it, so I only added bubbles and cleaned the whole thing a bit.

If you're using manga studio 5 theres this dope pen called the effect pen. With a little bit of fiddling it gives you those varied manga thicknesses without having to worry about buying an expensive tablet.
