Also I would disagree with your view on the Quincies, since if they kill a Hollow they actually commit murder because the soul isn't purified, it's destroyed, which is why the Shinigami hate them so much - that was my understanding anyway.

It should work just by copying the address of the picture across. If not, there will at least be a link to it lol It doesn't work with all pictures.
