Mienai Tsubasa. Konjiki no Gash Bell's 3rd opening sung by Ikue Otani. Yep, that's right Pikachu's voice actress who was also Gash's voice actress in Konjiki No Gash Bell among roles and whatnot. xP I actually really like this opening a lot, but it's unfortunate about the arc in the anime when this opening starts to play since it was very disappointing...
