You do realize massage places tend to have blacked out windows? It's to set a more relaxing ambience. Never been to one let alone a shady one. I've been in a cheap motel thst had a message parlor set up in a room...Legit, right? Meh... Me and my ex only slept in thete between spending most of our time at otakon. Couldn't beat $60 a night...Hmmm...Or could you?;)

I've been to a massage parlor, and it was Asian, but my friend worked there and I know he didn't do handies, though this one dude solicited one from him.
