Need some help with this. I recently was chatting and said something strange or awkward (like I usually do) and got this response: D... >_> What does that face and the D thing mean exactly? Thanks for any help :)

Eh, it would be hard to explain. I was messaging two very old online friends. One of them was commenting on how she lost contact with someone we knew. That someone had just moved relatively close. She even sent a letter saying she was more than fine with hanging out but if not she would leave her alone. I intentionally misconstrued what she was saying as to imply *I* shouldn't try to contact her. Towit, I responded: Oh no. I'm cool with you two My cyberstalking mission is complete! She responded: I'm sure the two of us are more than enough trouble anyways lol My other friend messaged this in response to all that: D... >_>

Ding! Ding! Ding! Winner , winner! Chicken dinner!!! If you knew it was awkward, chances are so did they... Remember kids, women aren't a different species. But, I'm sure all is not lost, we all get a little awkward now and again.

Thanks, guys! That's what I thought. I've known both of them for 15+ years so I don't think I did any permanent damage. Just a bit of ASCII art / emoji I didn't fully understand.
