What's Your Manga about?

It was about two guys who were trying to find the truth. The guys with the tattoo powers was a ronin who were trying to find who made mostly his whole clan and their village turned to stones from the alternate world. He gained some knowledge that the one who did it is currently resides in the human world and is plotting something. In order to travel from the alternate world to human world they must have this compass. Which he doesn't actually have so he ended up traveling through the hard way which is rather difficult and life risking. The other guy is a bit different story, he actually grew up in the human world. His uncle escaped him from the alternate world. He never left the mountains where he trained not until he witnessed his uncle's death. It was still unknown to him who and why they killed him. He revealed that there was actually he had to give to him but at the right time but the ones who killed him took it and he already knew that it was going to happen to him. He never had the chance to reveal everything to him. Before he died he told him to go and find out the truth by himself. Until that, both of them set out a journey and the two guys met in this city where they first fought secretly and inevitably met the two girls during their battle. The only reason they ceased their battle is because the girl #2 accidentally injured because of them and fainted. They ended up staying both of them in a really big traditional house where girl #1 & #2 currently resides alone. During those time, they ceased their rivalry against each other and conflicts due to girl #1's & #2's request. In return, they have to help them out with the house works and coincidentally both of them went to the same school they did. hmmm, i don't know. I've always had this idea in my mind for a long time now and i sort of wanted to share it to everyone. I even wanted to write like at least a chapter by chapter story for it but im actually not really good with it. :P

Glad to see a thread about this has already been made, my own story is along the lines of a dark action/fantasy seinen (with goth/punk atmosphere)that involves stuff like cannibalism,rape and "Might makes Right". The title is aptly "Junkyard" In a nutshell,the world ended (the details are spoilers) and the world is reduced to a single capital (in a bad shape,at that) and a mysterious twisted tower in the middle of it. The population is composed of a race of super-powered,mutated "humanoids" (very loose;some look very human while others...Don't) called simply "Survivors"(and masked abominations called "Cherubims,but they aren't too important).The city is in a state of total chaos,with some gathering in factions/gangs to conquer the capital,some attacking others alone (either for territory,food,or sheer sadism) and others minding their own business. That story has a multi-layered plot with P.O.Vs often changing.I won't elaborate on the plot too much since I'm working on the manga already;in fact,my beta version is already at it's 12th chapter.

@SixSilver: I nearly had a heart attack because of the "tattoo power" thing. I've had a story with something similar to that that I've been mulling over for years, but fortunately, it's much different from the rest of your story line. :P @fujikeima: I'm loving the Survivors/Cherubims thing. The whole vibe, really. It seems very dark, and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it and/or reading it.

@Mop: I would love to start illustrating this as soon as the story is finished! I'd have to learn how to draw first, or maybe collaborate with an artist to do so. I'll be sure to keep you updated if it develops into something tangible :D

@k3nsh1n4life:I must say,your ideas are excellent,count me as a fan for now o: @Mop:Hey thanks o: I already drew for it,I'm thinking of actually printing it when I feel ready enough (IDEALLY by September,since I've been working on it for a while.) By ready,I mean my drawing skills.I'm not quite feel like I'm on par so far.

I feel those who wish to create their own manga should be willing to share ideas like this. The more you talk about your idea the better the idea becomes. Talking helps you find new plot holes that you have never thought about or it can even help you organize your ideas. I talk about my manga/comic with friends but strangers are nice too. XD

My story for a manga is of A GOD with intense anxiety and little to no aggression unless in imminent danger, he taken from his parents, no clue what a god even is and spaces out as soon as the word "mother" is heard. Not very talkative, but a friendly guy that is an ubernerd. It's not like he has Aspergers Syndrome or anything...

Everyone has such a wide variety of story lines. Makes me wanna rethink mine but I'm more of an artist than a writer. XD I've done the first 20 to 25 pages to a couple of my fics, the first being a young rash detective and princess who doubles as a secret agent team up to investigate a stolen biological weapon. The second can be summed up as a magical girl western, whose plot was so razor thin that it was mostly splash pages. ^.^; I'm trying to put a third story together that's like a modern Sleeping Beauty except where the girl saves the boy. I got as far as doing some of the first few panels, but I keep procrastinating when I don't have a deadline.

My story is more like something Love Hina style, but just in the fact that the story develops in a building where everyone lives, is full of random characters me and a friend are making xD, still follows up a lineal story and so far we are thinking how to work cause im more of a writer xD and she is busy to draw all time
