@animefood: well theres many conventions around NYC like Spring Fest at NYU Poly, Sakura Matsuri at Brooklym botanical garden also comic con if you are willing to take the train to Castle Point. There are also many smaller conventions you just have to find them

@jezh, I will try to go when I got the time. Do I need to pay entrance fee? @mimi live pretty near us and we can go for tea time :p. I think your name Mimi reminded me of one of an old anime. A cat named Mimi and everyone are chasing after Mimi because she swallow the jewelry.

I think tea time similar to yum cha but I don't drink alcohol so no bar for me :o. The shows I think is about this princess jewelry got stolen and somehow it feel inside the fish mouth. The cat (Mimi) nearby ate the fish and the princess said whoever get the jewelry, she will marry him. So about 4 to 5 people from different race chasing after this cat. The owner of the cat (girl) try to escape from each country and protect her beloved cat.
