Lets see, I'd have to go with... Welcome to the N.H.K. (For all the funny parts in this show there are just as many that make you want to cry) Eureka Seven (Ballet Mechanique gets me every time) Saikano (That episode when Akemi dies, now that's a tear jerker) 5 Centimeters Per Second (Pretty much goes without saying)

Well I don't think I have 4 that were super bad for me. Clannad after story though, I can't even say I cried manly tears, I cried my eyes out. Madoka Magica was pretty rough too though.
