I should work on concept art too, a new forum was even made just for art and critiquing art. If the leader of the holy crusaders are like Anderson or maxwell, they will be perfectly hypocritical, hating and killing all non believers for their god

Well Mangas aren't made in a day, My guess it like me they are all trying to piece together all the data here and think up interesting concepts and stories and connection that could help to make it more original.
