Dating Advice for Young Teens?

Just say hello, there's obviously nothing to lose if you don't talk to the person anyhow, in fact that's pretty much the same thing as them blowing you off. Most people won't blow you off and are probably just as shy as you are.

I think you should make friends, don't date and don't have sex. Some people, especially boys, think high school is the time to have "fun" and have sex with girls just to do it and calm their hormones. Don't let anyone use you like that. You can be a friend to someone without giving your all. Which, sex involves a lot of emotional arousal so if they aren't the ONE it is best not to participate in it since it can/will emotionally distort you later. High school has a lot of fun to offer but you have to stay away from the obvious places of drama. Don't go up to an Asian thinking; "I want him to be my bf." Go up to him thinking; "I want to be friends." And if you're still good close friends after high school, then start thinking about if you want to date the guy. =) Relationships require patients not active hormones or imaginations of love life. You have to first work on yourself as individual, learn yourself, then learn the one you are interested in, accept flaws, compromise, and help them grow while they help you grow. Only really need friendship to start you off for that.

Don't rush into anything. A relationship is a significantly stronger when both parties are in agreement. And don't worry that if the relationship ends. Plenty of fish in the sea. Its a learning experience i think to finally find what you are looking for
