Age difference

^Yea, but they also say 13 will get you 30 (years behind bars) lol. Things would be easier if it worked that way, but nobody would go for that even if mother nature says you are ready. My cousin is 11 and menstruating.

Haha yeah, I was about to say that these days, girls are starting their menses in elementary school so... probably not quite a good rule of thumb

How is this, start of mensus+5yrs as the age of consent since girls all mature differently. But then I also believe that all girls should be given free birth control from the onset of mestrus. I'm not sexist either, they are working on it for guys too, so they should take it from 13 on. None of this will happen though.

I knew a girl in my 3rd grade that was menstruating even though I didn't know at the time, also found out later she was having sex with a 17yr old guy she was "in love" with.

there is a story... if you are 30 and your partner is 15... they are half your age... give it 10 years now you are 40 and the partner is now 25... now the partner is less than half your age.... add another 10 years your 50 the partner is now 35.... now over 3/5ths your are... how many years need to pass till your partner is the same age as you =)
