Turn offs

Well there is a few things different about them although they tend to cross very close together. On the matter of a dog biting there would be some people that would still pet it out of kindness and just giving it another chance because they might sense it is just scared or etc. My point is that not all people truly utilize the judgement in which I am talking about. The kind I am referring to going by past actions to determine if a person is right or good. If that was used in a debate it would be referred to as ad hominem a form of logical fallacie. Also sorry for the long post and derailing the thread as it seems I managed to do lol.

Yu your argument is that of a childs dreams. no human would pet that dog 'out of kindness' the first bite wood have left them bleeding and they wouldnt even been near the dog to give it another pet. wer thinking of two different things. Im talking if a dog bit u extreme cases, ur on about something like a man steps on your shoes and u shouldn't swear off walking down the sidewalk. and nah Im the one who sparked it :P

Not really a childs dream there are people out there that would have. XD I cant give you proof but my cousin once had a cat that bit the living hell out of him he was bleeding quite a bit. He got bandaids and still after getting that washed off decided to help the cat out and feed it, reason was he believed the cat was probably mistreated and decided to give it some form of care. Also he did pet it because after he gave it some food the cat approached him and allowed him to pet it.

that's different. that's a boy trying to feed a cat to help it isn't petting a dog that bit u cuz u wanna pet the doggy. one is human compassion the other is ignorance

Well not really besides them being a cat and a dog he at first wanted to pet the cat but it got mad and planted its teeth into his hand. He was only 11 years old when that happened. That cat eventually became his and was called widow yeah I know... what a good name. I am pretty sure regardless of if dog or cat bites somebody there will be people out there that will pet it. Not the majority of people but there will be a portion that will.

no your missing the point your putting too much into it is the problem. If you walk up to a dog and pet it randomly and he bites u. what will u do Yu. what.

Oh god no he is back... Also I am not missing the point I for one would not pet it unless I saw that it would calm down but as I stated not everybody is going to think the same way which means that it is not something that everybody would do. But at this point I am merely stating that there is no evidence to suggest that everybody thinks that way. However seeing that we both have differing views on the matter lets leave it at that. I dont want to cram up the thread with a debate about being bitten by a dog XD.
