so what got you into anime

i believe if my memory is correct that i saw full metal alchemist on tv a while back when at a sleepover with one of my pals it was the episode where the father cornello gets smashed by a statue i think that is what happened to him i dont really remember anyways that was the first anime i ever saw then years later i started watching new anime

I saw Akira back in the 90s, and Ghost in the Shell. But I got more into it when I was introduced to hentai a couple years later with La Blue Girl! Then got into more when my ex took me to anime conventions starting about 5yrs ago.

I'm not sure what originally got me into Anime.... I've grown up with it for as long as I can remember, basically because of my mother. Lol. I suppose some of my first series were Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Digimon, Hamtaro, and InuYasha.

Sailor Moon when I was super young and Toonami when I was older, TV got me into it ^.^ (watchin Fooly Cooly when I was only like 8 ;P)

I remember clearly... i used to watch naruto on tv... and then for some reason they canceled it... couple of years later when i was surfing the web I saw an add for naruto shippuden and I was like.. wtf? and thats how it all started

Digimon was my first Anime. After that i looked more and more Anime. Now im watching a lot of them at the same time

Well I use to watch DBZ and stuff with my sister, but what REALLY got me into anime is when my best friend and I first met online, we were bored one day and decided to watch anime together, and started off with Elfen Lied, and whenever we got bored we'd watch some anime, and from then on we both just started becoming obsessed with it Like we've watched some anime before we met but not as much as we did after we met

I started watching Rurouni Kenshin and sailor moon (yes i am a guy and I like it, sue me) when I was younger, and didn't get hardcore into anime till I was 20
