In that case, yu. Lets bring that theory out of the forum. A domestic dispute starts. The woman starts clubbing her husband with a frying pan. The husbands knocked out. Would that not create a conflicting drama as well because we would basically be creating a thread that shows jiko was not wrong but at the same time we would be creating a thread that shows hate towards maverick most likely.

Jiko what I am stating is that for a site owner it is easier to do that rather then pick sides as always it is in real life usually I do not agree with this line of thinking it just seems to be the case although as I stated this is speculation as well if thats the reason it happened.

There is no picking sides when it comes to who is violating the terms of service. The admins JOB is to figure that shit out. A site admin is like a judge, yu. You get into a car accident and You go to court, would you want your judge to say "both of you are arrested and sent to jail" so he doesn't have to "pick sides"?
