I'm Moving :(

Guys, I am leaving California... To Missouri..Any otaku in Missouri?

I'm curious too since Missouri is probably one of the most boring states and I've been to St Louis which is probably the most exciting town in that state. Of course you could always go to east St Louis and play hide and seek with the gangbangers.

My grandfather is Ill, and unable to handle the family business. My mother is moving us down there, so we can take over. Aww, don't say it's boring! I mean, theres the Mississippi river, to swim in. That's a plus! '-.-

I'm sorry, I was just teasing. I'm not sure if I would want to swim in the Mississippi though. I grew up in Indiana which is only slightly less boring but moved away for a better scene and weather. I'm actually thinking of moving to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area of California because I hate cold weather. I like it hot and dry.

You're leaving Cali eh? So no AX? ._. I hope your grandfather gets well soon, i'll be sure to think positive thoughts for his sake. ^_^ Missouri is nice though, i've been there a couple times. I myself hope to leave California soon, might move back to New York. Or at least somewhere with less heat, I hate hot weather too.

Missouri is best for outdoor activities. I got burnt out on alot of outdoor stuff when I was a Boy Scout. I only like occasional hiking, rock climbing and spelunking (caves). Or as an excuse to find someplace isolated to get naked. I don't like it when temps drop below 70F. I prefer 75-90F with dry climate. Im on the Oregon coast right now where the temps average in the 50s to 60s most of the year, still too cold for me.

For the first time in four years, I will be missing AX. I'll be in Missouri, for two years. Than heading to UCSF. So, I'll be back in California before I know it! Missouri doesn't have a lot of conventions, so no more cosplaying for awhile T.T I am a huge outdoor person. So I wont be in total torture! Shinyumi: Thanks ^^ I know, cold weather FTW!
