UK? Anyone at all?

well at least some of us are lucky I have been on here now for around 6 to 7 years and its only recently more uk people have been joining

There's no need to apologize haha. Maybe increase of UK users is due to site growth in general?

Probably more because of an increase in popularity of anime/manga in the UK. Because I'll be honest I've noticed a lot more people liking recently. I've been into it since I was a teenager (about 11) and back then there weren't many people over here to talk about it too and most of the chat rooms are US dominated. But now I notice a lot more people in the UK are watching and interested.

That's true, I used to go to uk anime forums because it was easier to talk to people in your own timezone.

I never went on there. Can't say I've really been on any anime forums. Mainly spoke to people in games etc.

I'm the same, I started reading manga when I was about 15, and there weren't many people reading it then. I only found it by chance when I was looking around Waterstones and they were having a three for two (started off with Yu-Gi-Oh, Fushigi Yuugi and Rurouni Kenshin)

I started back when I was about 3 but did not really know what it was fully till I was about 7 and when events and such were on it was by word of mouth and consisted of 40 to 50 year old men discussing Akira or Sailor moon in a pub for about 2 to 3 hours but again regional and close not like cons are now
