As long as you get the good kind and not the cheap stuff which doesnt "exfoliate your skin" but basically scratches it. Get the St Ives medicated one though with the salicycle acid in it that one really does help.

True but not everybody can afford a dermatologist. That's why sometimes its better to get something off the shelf as long as it works.
