I herby decide that the maiotaku meetup for otakon will be Thrusday 5pm at the tables next to the indoor starbucks this gives everyone time to get their badge I also hereby declare a SECOND meetup as well. 5pm Friday at the tables next to the indoor Starbucks. I have decided on two meetups so that people wont miss out. I say Friday and Thursday because Saturday and Sunday are probably gonna be very busy for people in addition to getting around the con , because 35k people are going to be there its going to suck walking to and from one more event in our schedules. I've decided to have the meetups on the two least busy days and i would only really go with one meetup, but theres the likely chance that not eveyrone will be able to go.

I have no idea. But if anything everyone that wants to meetup can just join the skype group-chat and we can organize it better there. It'd be so much easier than doing it on the forum honestly.
