chatroom

I agree with this fully. (And wanted to write a thread of my own on this topic but got distracted) A chatroom would not only bring more traffic to the site. But it'll make existing users more active, and keep them interested in the site. It'll be really fun and easier to meet members, etc. I personally recommend Chatango. (ROFL) It's simple, clean, easy to use and to integrate (Copy and paste the stupid HTML/CSS code) and practically free to create your own room. I also recommend volunteer moderaters who work for free to ensure the chat is friendly and appropriate for all ages. (I have experience as a chat mod but there would have to be a few people of course) And well yeah, I don't know. A chatroom is desperately needed and while many probably haven't thought of the idea, they'd agree with how much this is needed. I'd even be willing to pay the monthly fee to keep the chatroom running if the idea got approved.

There are very few anime chat rooms on the web that are active. If you could get one up and running for free and rotate advertisements for the dating side of the site, I'm sure you would get more customers as well as free loaders. the freeloaders help by being active on your forums and boosting your SEO rating with Google and other search engines.

Indeed, I saw the thread earlier on and i'm sure the mods have too but they never used that one, or made their own, so I assumed they weren't fond of tinychat, plus I like the idea of younger members being able to use the chat without having to put a fake name, etc, which Chatango allows. But regardless of the fact, this chat needs more traffic and that makes it somewhat difficult without having a tab on the sute. But yeah, i'm gonna be checking in now and then. :3 And I recommend bumping the old thread for that chatroom up a bit, so we can get it a little more noticed, specially with the newer members.

Well it is possible to younger people to join but they need a parental approval. Anyway I think the problem is mostly that people aren't patient and thus they just quit and give up easily. I am used to this by now and we have a little bunch of nice people chatting which is okay but it is cool to see some new face once in a while. What im trying to say is people usually knows our chatroom and heck I even commercial it here but yeah, it is all about patient lol. Oh to all European people the timezone is mostly focus on America, so don't expect much European people.. xD Except two or three including myself are from European time zone.

It needs a tab on the site if it's official. that will cause it to get plenty of traffic. Till then i doubt it will go anywhere.
