Animes that should air longer than 26 episodes.

I am gonna go out a thin branch here and say Fruits Basket. I know people may not be big fans of it, but they could have at least finished with showing the rest of the members of the zodiac. How can it be a show about the zodiac and only reveal about 10 of them?

It's hard to say. Series I would love to see continued are Cowboy Bebop and Trigun, but the endings to both series were so good I don't mind that they're 26 episodes long. So, the occasional OVA for both series is fine by me. Kinda like what Toei has been doing with DBZ lately. Though, I would love to see a sequel series to s-CRY-ed, because that series had one of the most unsatisfying endings to any story for as great as the build up was.

Almost every Rom/Com needs +12 more episodes, its rely cheating the system for the viewer to imagine the ideal ending when they end it with like a group outing scene then a sky transition followed by credits. However the worst thing is when they do something stupid after or during the credits like cough, cough, phantom requiem...

There is possibilities for more seasons of SAO. Trust me its very popular. I loved the series myself. my list of Anime with more than 1 season: *Elfin Lied *Problem Children are coming from another world *Outbreak Company *Ano Natsa De Matteru *Date A Live (Rumored to come out with season 2 April '14) and of course... "Maoyu"!!!

BERSERK! My god for all the story they left out (Knight of Skeleton, *cringe* he is awesome in the manga) it was still such a well done story for the arc they covered. I know its not finished, but I believe my odds are better at having tea with the queen on the moon then seeing a Berserk anime series get finished. And don't get me started on the 3 movie releases they did---It's all rehashed STORY! argh! I'd like Karin the anime series to go longer! I know Kenichi the Mightiest disciple was about 50 episodes almost, but it could have gone on for 100 in my book. I really liked Wolf Rain, but I hated the ending so much that I wish it just went on for more episodes. And I really enjoyed Fruits Basket except I thought the ending left much to be desired. The last two episodes seemed.....Devoid of the primary story to me and came down to mental gibberish to me. I just couldn't....Get what the fallout was about from the cat zodiac character. And how the one family of power just seemed to---I dunno---I loved the first I think 22 episodes (or howver many there were) of this series, but the last two episodes made me go "wut?!" and was ticked it ending so meh. This is off topic, but how awesome it would be if the manga series "Vagabond" was made into an anime series!
