Yo otaku dudes and dudettes. I know that there are many anime series I have seen in my childhood that have not only made me the otaku I am now, but have also influenced me greatly.
Mine would be Digimon, yu gi oh,dragonball, one piece, inuyasha, Hamtaro and a heck load of others :3

YUYU HAKUSHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol! And G Gundam, Rurouni Kenshin, Dragon ball z, Hamtaro, Pokemon, Beyblade, Digimon, Yugioh, Inuyasha!
Omg! I use to beg my mom to let me watch tv after school and on Saturday nights for these shows!! So miss those days!
