What is love worth?

I'd say life itself is all about sacrifice. you seldomly have the choice, but if you do, you can choose only 1 option..or 2...okay or 3. But that really depends on the exact situation. Perhaps...even 4 ? hmmm

Hey OP, I don't know if someone helped you resolve this or not since I just read your question and not the following responses but I thought I'd put in my two cents. The fact that your significant other wants nothing to do with something that you have a deep need for is what we call in the buiz, a "red flag". It could mean compatibility issues with your relationship. And of course if you're young, you shouldn't have to be worrying about kids anyway. You have to ask yourself, "do I see myself with this women being married, with the nice house, white picket fence and the dog in the yard?" I don't think you should when you're young but sometimes it works out that way. If you really want kids and your GF doesn't, you two are incompatible. You shouldn't cut and trim yourself to fit into the mold of the life your GF wants cause you aren't going to be as happy as you should be man, thats the way it is. If you're really concerned on finding the women you're going to be with for the rest of your life, and have kids with and the whole shebang, for the sake of yourself and your happiness MOVE ON and find a nice girl who wants the same things you do. Or just hang out with your GF and have fun, bust some nutz and when you're ready to move on and find a serious lifelong relationship, take your leave.
