Anime Los Angeles

Hey, Southern Californians! Anime LA is upon us. It's located in downtown Los Angeles from January 10-12. http://www.animelosangeles.org/ala/2013/anime-los-angeles-registration-2014/ Anyone else going?

I'm seriously thinking about it. I've never been to Anime LA (Or any convention other than AX for that matter,) Is it worth going? I would like to attend a con that isn't as freakishly packed as Anime Expo (Not to mention how hot it gets in the summer.) I'll probably go if it looks like a good time.

Well sugi is a small convention that you can pretty much walk all over the place in an hour and most likely bump into somebody you saw at AX pretty chill I went there last year

I've also yet to go to any other con other than AX. I'm curious about this one so I'm planning on going. hopefully this time I'll actually get to meet some you characters out there.

Welp you can't buy tickets online anymore and the capacity was 4,000... They might have already sold out... I wanted to go but it doesn't let you buy any more tickets :/ I will defiantly be going next year!!

@wallace ALA said specifically that they will not be selling tickets there this year. They also were not selling one day passes which was why I decided not to go. 50 dollars for a several day pass when I was only planning on going for one day was just too much for me.

Oh wow sucks then I mean I went the second day and bought the 4 day pass and still had a great time but oh well I'll go next year
