because it just all seemed lame to me. people were like OMG DO YOU SEE HOW THEY FIGHT ON THE ZIPLINE THINGS? and I'm like dude have you seen "Darker than black?" Hei invented the zipline fight along with spiderman. not to mention he can easily kill a titan. and the movement is like air gear except with bulky sword and zipline wire thingies. its like the Dubstep craze, i've listened to all kinds of techno music in my life and its nothing new to me lol.

By that same token, Hei is lame, Batman did it first. Psh, electrically wired weapons? Billions of characters, both villain and protag, have done that. SO played out. It's hardly a signature. DtB confirmed for DROPPED. Seriously though, if anyone can't see what makes AoT good past the action (which is sad; it's like saying lightsaber battles is what made Star Wars good, not its political satire. Woosh! You missed all the points), then whatevs. Enough people already appreciating AoT for the wrong reasons. But hey, people, feel free to support the franchise. Buy stuff. Need more support for series like this so more of its caliber comes out. I personally found no intellectual merit in DtB. I enjoyed it for the characters and action, but it didn't really stimulate any new, meaningful, invigorating discussion. You're more than welcome to convince me though, and I'll look back into it to verify. But comparing the two on zip lines alone... now *that* is a lame way of thinking.
