I lost someone Important to me

I lost a new born cousin I took care of my aunt and helped her so much! when my cousin was born joshua he had a heart problem and told us he might not make it that was the hardest thing to hear. I can't sleep what can I do to make me feel better and relax help please.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. It must be very painful, especially after being so involved. There isn't really a good way to deal with anything like that. There is much to respect in you for being willing to give a helping hand at your age. I hope that your aunt and the rest of your family will be able to deal with this okay. If you have anyone to talk to, maybe that will help some.

I have a little brother and if I lost him, that would just be.. Idk I don't think I want to think about it. I argue with him a lot, but I really do care for him.. Take care man.. Stay close with your friends and family.. I'm sure they are going through the exact same thing as you are at the moment. Best to stick together and get through it as a family.
